Our vision
Our vision is to shift the trajectory of a generation through education. The driving force of everything that we do, is to restore the enjoyment and zeal to every educator and student by guiding them to identify and live in their P.U.R.P.O.S.E. in and outside of this classroom. With this vision, we plan to have impact on schools around the nation, and communities at large.
Our Approach
We also offer professional development and training for both in school and district leadership, special needs services, multi-tiered systems of support and many other areas. Chadijah and Co.'s data-driven approach, helps us to partner with educational leaders, to provide a tailor-made service, to create quantifiable results.

With over 40 years of combined experience, we are committed to partnering with school districts through customized professional development, side-by-side teacher coaching and, curriculum development performed by certified instructional coaches with a deep understanding in state standards for English, Math, Financial Literacy, SEL, Science, Social Studies and CTE.
